• Shop & production data.When you use the Service, we process the data your shop puts into it — orders, designs and artwork, garment catalog, production and fulfillment records, and integration credentials you choose to connect (e.g. Shopify, S&S Activewear, shipping carriers, Stripe).
• Usage & device data. We collect standard log and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

How we use information

Multi-tenant isolation

KOVA is a multi-tenant platform. Each shop is an isolated organization, and data is scoped so that one shop's information is never accessible to another. Integration credentials you connect are used only to operate your own shop's workflows.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, storage, payment, and shipping providers), with integrations you explicitly connect, or when required by law.
