These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KOVA website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This page is a starting template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

The Service

KOVA provides production software for custom print shops — including design intake, gang-sheet nesting, print routing, fulfillment, and related tools. We may update, improve, or change the Service over time.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
• You are responsible for the activity of all users under your organization.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to breach security or tenant isolation, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork and designs processed through the Service.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rates shown on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Third-party charges — such as customer payments, shipping labels, and supplier orders — are processed through your own connected accounts and are your responsibility.

Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Shopify, S&S Activewear, shipping carriers, and Stripe) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOVA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions survive.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
